Windows Update sp2 high priority

i always keep my updates up to date. I have been having problems lately with
2 not updating at all. Why is this. My laptop also loses it's internet
connection on startup and has to go through the network connection task every
time now. This never used to happen. I have tried to find out why but to no
avail.

2. You cannot install some updates or programs

3a. Check Windowsupdate.log (%windir%\Windowsupdate.log) for errors
associated with the download/install.

3b. Compare errors to those listed here:
