windows update standalone installer

There are a bunch of patches released for vista beta 2. you can get them
here: "http://support.microsoft.com/kb/921583/en-us"
My question/problem is when I try to install one of these I just get this
weird
popup "http://www.asphaltsally.com/windowsupdatestandaloneinstaller.jpg"
What am I supposed to do with that? How can I
install the patches?
