Windows Update for "Standard User"

Setting up a first-ever computer for my mom, and I want to NOT have her using
the Administrator account ... is there any way that she can spend all her
time in a "standard user" account and still have Windows Update automatically
download and install security updates?

Set it up to automatically update and install those updates and it won't
matter what your mother is logged in as, since she won't be doing the
updates.. The system will.
