Is Windows Update Supported on NT40?

I installed NT4 SP6a and IE6SP1 and when I get out to
http://windowsupdate.microsft.com all I get is a blank white screen in IE6
and a "Done" at the bottom of IE6

Never mind, I installed IE6SP1 a 2nd time and Windows Update works.
