Windows Update through Firewall

We have hardware firewall, in which only some ports are open and few sites
are allowed to browse.

Can you please suggest which port should be open and which IP address should
be
bypassed in our firewall so that users would be able to receive windows
updates
from Microsoft on their PC's.

Hello Anil,

Port 80 is the web server port. Port 443 is the secure connection port for
a web server when using a digital security certificate for https
connections.

Only port 80 is used, AFAIK. But the IP numbers aren't documented and change
frequently. You'll probably need to implement either a web proxy server or a
WSUS server:
