Windows Update - Time

In Control Panel /Automatic update/ is set for 8:00 am, which is what I want.

When I go to the Microsoft update website, the shield has a check and it
shows that automatic update is turned on. I click on pick a time, the time
shown is always 3:00 am. I change it to 8:00 am click ok but it always
reverts back to 3:00 am.

Why does one automatic update shows 8: am and the other 3:00 am? How can I
fix that?

Serge ... don't change the time at Microsoft Update. Did that resolve
the issue ?
