Done all that you asked <the first two steps I tried already with no help but
did them again just incase> I found the error "0x80070005" I went to MS,
found some fixes listed in the troubleshooter. Tried the 3 "resolutions" it
suggested and none of them worked. I am closer, however, to fixing this now
that I have an error. Got anymore suggestions?
