Windows Update Universal Fix Tool (shotgun tool)

OK, it's not Universal (90% I would say) and it not new because we have been
using it internally for a while, but I just recently modified it so that it
could be posted publically (had to have it automatically download some
support files that were not redistributable).

You can contact Eddie from the 'Contact: eddie_bowers' link on this
page but you will need to register with Codeplex:

At the very least, it will give him some input on the *need* for this
tool and perhaps hasten this second review which has resulted in it
being pulled, needlessly IMNHO, again.
