windows update upgrade error 0x800703E3

I have read through the previous three posts regarding this error with no
resolution. The copy process gets to 60% and then fails and reports error
number 0x800703E3. Any more suggestions?

Delete registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Win dows\WindowsUpdate

Then open properties of my computer, click on Automatic Updates and change
the settings back to how you normally have them. If you are using Group
Policy to set Automatic Updates settings then restart your PC.
