I think the folks at MS are a bit out of touch. I consider myself technical
and I have been struggling with XP, the SP2 update and not the wonderful
world of Windows Update v.5. In every case, I had to manually download the
patched and push them through.
The fact is that v.5 is NOT working correctly. For everyone else that had
problems with v.5 and bothered to look into this newsgroups, I would ask that
you post your experience with it so Frank can fully appreciate the situation
and maybe have some leverage back to MS to get it fixed.
