I have already done that (trying to stop the service dosn;t work so I
selected manuel and rebooted.) and, unfiortunatly, there is no different
outcome.
I do not have norton installed, however I do have AOl for Broadband
installed (even though I rarely use it and it is constantly removed from the
startup files.
