Windows Update wants to do Office 2003 SP 2 over and over

Office 2003 Update succeeded and it succeeded a 2nd time and now I see it has
come up again. Anyone know why this wants to update over and over. I
previously was unable to do Office updates and recently got them going again.
(I had to uninstall and reinstall Office.) Now it's too much of a good thing.
