Windows Update Web Site, Windows SBS 2000 and service pack 4

Hi everyone I would appreciate some help if anyone can!

I am running windows small business server 2000 with service pack 4.

I am trying to update windows using the windows update web site however I
get error 0x8024402C.

I have tried the solution given on the assistance page for this code which
includes clearing the proxy cache (using proxycfg -d, but this does not work
on my version of windows) and stopping and starting wuauserv. None of which
has worked.

If anyone knows the solution please let me know.
