WINDOWS UPDATE FOR WIN 2003 SERVER W/OUT INTERNET

If my server is not connected to the internet. How Can I get the window
Update. What website can I go to on another PC that has internet access and
download the updates and then install the updates on the server from a CD.

No I did not The only newsgroup I posted it in was Windows Update. Which
