Windows Update WinXP prof - download fails...

Hi!

When I try to use the automatic windows update via the IE and the Windows
Update site, I fail downloading the files.

IE starts the download program. I am asked to confirm the enduser agreement.
But when it starts all downloads fail instantly...

Can anybody help me?
There are about 31 updates I need to install (new system) - can I download
them all at once without the update program?

Since I have encountered other severe problems and failures after installing
WinXPprof over WinXPhome I have now decided to install WinXPprof on a blank
system...

Guess what - everything is fine now.
