Windows Update without Admin rights

I have laptops that my sales users have and to prevent them installing
unauthorised software I have removed them from the admin group. However when
they try to run Windows Update it fails because they are not member of the
local admin group. They also don't connect to our network so i can't use SUS
to deploy the updates. Does anyone know of a way to install the updates
without remotely controlling the machines everytime there is an update?

Thanks
