Windows Update without Internet Connection

Hiya everybody!

I have got a notebook which I never ever want to connect to the internet.
But - of course - I want to keep it up to date.
So I would like to know if it is possible to download the Windows Updates
from some homepage, transfer them to my notebook and update then. Where can I
find a web page which offers me all the Windows Updates I need in the way
that I need it?
