Windows Update Won't Let Me Proceed

Windows Update Won't Let Me Proceed. It keeps making me install: Update for
Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS) 2.0 and WinHTTP 5.1 (KB842773)
Then it tells me it was successful and I click the continue button. Then it
points me to download the same thing again! I look in my history and it
shows I've installed this same download 6 times successfully but it won't let
me go any further. It keeps making me install the same download over and
over. Please help someone! Thanx.
