I am currently working on a CS final year project and require some
information about windows update. Would anyone be knowledgeable enough to
give a general overview of how windows update actually works. What sort of
technologies are used? Does a registry scan take place to check for
updates?
Any information would be a great help.
Cheers,
Russell
