windows updater and everything else

[Error number: 0x8DDD0018]

thisis causing too many problems for me, i don't know what to do, firstly, i
can't update windows or microsoft because of thos error, secondly something
has happened to my computer as sometimes my right click won't work on
anything, also the pc can't open folders sometimes and even in tools on the
internet, it won't change setting in options even after i change them, click
on apply and ok, but when i go back to it, its still the same, help me please.

Windows Update Web site or from the Microsoft Update Web site:

There's a very strong possibility that you have a Vundo infection, which is
usually accompanied by ZLOB and/or SDBot infections, all of which are
protected by a rootkit.

Run a thorough check for hijackware, including posting your hijackthis log
to an appropriate forum.

When all else fails, HijackThis v2.0.2

conjuction with some other utilities). HijackThis will NOT fix anything on
its own, but it will help you to both identify and remove any
