Windows Updates for Distribution to other PC

As we get Windows updates for our operating system from Microsoft Update
through Internet. How we can download these all timely updates for
Distribution on other computer which are not connected to Internet ?

Download from the Windows Update Catalog and burn to CD, #1 on this link:

The instructions there do not work.

It looks like Microsoft has changed a lot in their web pages and I have
not found my though it yet.

The free online help through email apparently doesn't work either.
I gave them a lot of careful detailed information in my problem report
and I have been ignored for 3 days now.
