Windows Updates Failing: KB955466 & KB957257

These updates are:
- Security Update for Microsoft Office Excel 2003 (KB955466)
- Update for Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 Junk Email Filter (KB957257)

I get the following Error:
- "Code 52F Windows Update encountered an unknown error."

I running the following:
- Vista Ultimate 64 bit with SP1
- Office 2003 with SP3

Thanks in advance for any help.
- All other updates besides these two have been installed.

Since inistalling Service Pack 3, Windows Automatic Updates does not install
all downloaded updates. I think, but I'm not sure, that Windows is
attempting to update files replaced by SP-3. I know it tries to update past
and replaced versions of .net framework and IE. IE - 7 is installed and Auto
Update persistently attempts to download updates for IE - 6. Methinks
Microsoft's left hand knows not what their right hand do-eth. Surprise,
surprise!

Office updates are not successfully installed if you deploy updates by using
Windows Server Update Services or the Microsoft Update Web site after the
path of the local installation source changes:

Try searching your harddrive for any files which the update modified
which contain either 52F or 1327 (its decimal equivalent).
That may give you some context for those codes in any diagnostics
that the install program might have left.

Or try a web search with the same idea implied

BTW assuming that this code is being reported by the install phase
of the update and not just its download you are more likely get
knowledgeable help about it from a newsgroup which specializes
in the product being updated, especially if you get the same symptoms
when trying to install the update manually, since then they would be
completely independent of WU processing.
