Windows Updates Not completing

Am seeing a repeated pattern on a network where many of the worksations are
not completing the windows updates. Getting the "Yellow Shield"

In the past most users left their workstations on and very rarely logged out
- updates were downloading AND installing.

We have implemented new policy forcing users to restart their computer at
the COB for other purposes ... the computers are on but not logged in ...
since this change I am finding that the updates download but do not install
and a manual install is required at that time.

All computers are set for automatic download and install of updates ...

Anyone else seeing this ?

Are you expecting updates to install when no user is logged in?
