Windows Updates not installing

On the Microsoft Update website, I checked what updates needed to be
installed. Two updates needed to be installed but the download size and
minutes were 0. I continued to install these updates and they failed. These
updates were:

Security Update for Office Web Components 2000 for Microsoft Office XP
(KB932031)
Security Update for Microsoft Office 2002 (KB956464)

I cannot find them in "Add or Remove Programs" and I cannot manually install
them because I have misplaced my Microsoft Office 2000 Disc.

Can someone help me remove these updates?
