windows updates plus "Get Updates for more Products"

My computer runing windows vista uptimate with office 2007 system. Now
computer often shows problem with office word. Computer automatic solusion
advises that office word needs update. But my computer only offer windows
update and no office update or "get updates for more products" option. Any
advice will be appreeciated.

Check out the above link, it will give you a rough idea of the settings etc
(although a bit outdated) - you should have the option to get updates for
more products under "you receive updates for Windows only"

If you haven't perhaps you have it already set to get other updates.

The problem was my windows update screen does not have the yellow "Get
updates for more products" link.

Something was wrong?

Another user has posted a similar problem - do you by chance have SP1
installed?
If so, where did you get it?

Yes, I did installed Office SP1 which was download from microsoft web site.

I actually meant the beta SP1 for Vista. Sorry.

It's quite possible that you're already getting updates for other products.

What does it say on screen - Windows Updates Only or
"Your Receive Updates: For Windows and other products from Microsoft Update"
