Windows Vista and SSL

I have been running XP Pro for quite a while and have been able to access my
firewall via HTTPS through an alternate port (both the workstation and the
management port are on the same subnet on my intranet). I just upgraded to
Vista to do some testing, and once I upgraded, my intranet HTTPS requests are
automatically forwarded to my ISA server instead of straight to the firewall.
Does anyone have any thoughts on what setting(s) in Vista I need to change
to send those HTTPS requests straight to the intranet device rather than
forwarding to my proxy? I'd prefer not to have to put a rule in place for
that specific port.
