When I start a windows vista backup, in about 8 minutes, the backup failed
with this message.

An error ocurred. The following informmation might help you resolve the
error:

Access is denied (0x80070005).

However, it is not very helpful.

I am not sure which file or which directory that I don't have access. I have
the administrator role on my computer.
