Windows Vista Backup

I'm prety sure that I understand Vista Backup.

When you initially set it up it will do a complete backup the first time.
All automatic backups after that will be incrimental (only data that changed
from last time or the initial backup)

If I go in and force a new "full" backup, can I delete all the backups that
it did previously to that one without messing it up??

Use the feature in Disk Cleanup to remove all but the last restore point and
backup.

What if you do not want a complete full backup but want selected folders
on selected drives?

That is what i should have said instead of a "full backup".

You select the folders you want backed up and that is the "Full Backup"
after that it only backs up file/folders that have changed.
