Windows Vista (Build 5308 CTP) is Bloatware.

I just ran a Microsoft Defender Full Scan on Windows Vista (Build 5308 CTP)
and it turns out that I have almost a Full 150,000 Objects on my computer
(Spyware Free).

Anybody could have told you any recent version of Windows is bloated by
comparing it to other operating systems. Debian still ships with a 386
with 32 MB of RAM as minimum requirements (and I work with some hardware
that barely meets those requirements, with no intention of replacing them
anytime soon...we're about to get eaten alive on licensing costs for a
different set of hardware that needs a newer version of Windows for
$SPECIALTY_PROG from a vendor we don't pull enough weight with to get
exactly what we need, so the 386s get to stay in play for another
generation...).

Bloatware means that it is so heavy it does not float, and that it blows (or
sucks, the direction is relative).
If you combine those 2 words
Float+Blows= Bloat
the "ware" means it is a program or group of code.

Another definition might be given using Einstein's theory of space time.

BLOAT = Bend Light Or/Also Time

Only immensely massive objects can do this, like a star that has collapsed
under its own weight creating a gravitational pull not even light can
escape.
Or Microsoft Vista trying to push the whole hardware market out of
slumbering sales by artificially skyrocketing the hardware requiems of PC's.

Now all you have to do is combine that hard science with some mystery and
paranormal:

The "ware" addition to the word comes from myths of "ware"wolves and
vampires,
and is added to remind us that MS is here to suck your blood and life energy
with ghoulishly things like DRM, WPA and EULA.
Definitions of those dastardly things on my next post, although from the
sound of them I am sure you know they are hideous.

Update: I ran a Virus Scan (using Avast 4.7 Home Edition) and it Scanned
almost a Full 130,000 Files (Virus Free), so it is definitely Bloatware.

Hardware requiems! Are they as good as those of Mozart & Brahms?

That's "werewolves". I see your system isn't bloated with a dictionary
or a spellchecker.

What did you expect? With all the added features that are going to be in
Vista, I would have to say it should be a bigger program. I for one, am
looking forward to this version.

Some are not accessable. I am sure that the code is somewhere in there, but
MS has not made it accessable. Also look at all the added things. UAP,
major change with Windows Mail (seach, spam), Windows Defender, Parental
Controls, Glass features. Those are just some that I can think of right
now.
