windows vista download

i´ve tried to download the iso file but it says that i have received the
maximum number of keys, but i never had the download, it is the first time
that i´m in that site..

how can i resolve this.. i never receive any mail..

"Thank you for participating in the Microsoft Windows Vista Customer Preview
Program.


You have received the maximum number of Product Keys available for this
program.
Note: Windows Vista Beta 2 can be installed and activated on up to 10 PCs
using with one Product Key. "

I suspect this is an error on the websites part, I would try obtaining again
with another passport or Order the DVD.

I have a similar problem. I also tried with another passport and got the
same message. However, I could successfully download the ISO. I burned it to
a DVD and am at the screen where I"m prompted for a product key... only I
don't have one. As a fall-back option, I purchased the DVD, but that means a
wait of 7 to 10 days... Isn't there a solution where I can be emailed a Vista
beta 2 product key? I can email in the two verifications I received, plus the
Order # from my purchase as well. BTW, I tried support at (800) 590-6385 and
they told me to take it to the newgroups...
