Windows Vista Fast User Switching

I have 3 people using my PC and all of them have their own accounts.
When you press WINKEY + L your session gets locked and your back at
the login screen. In windows XP pressing this showed all users, in
vista you then need to click 'switch user' to see all users. Is it
possible to make vista act the same way?

Sorry no, but you can click on "Switch User" from inside the Start
menu's power options arrow menu to go directly to see all users at the
logon screen.
