When i first got my laptop the help and support worked perfectly fine. now
every time i open it, it says that it is under construction. and i can't get
it too work. if i log off of my account and go onto another user account,
the help and support works perfect. buy it would be really nice to be able
to use it on my user account. how do i fix it???
