More likely it is an issue with the included McAfee Internet security Suite
or AV they've included. Try turning it off and see if you still have the
same problem. Note, you may need to reboot to unload it completely,
assuming it has an option to turn it off. If it does, do so, then try
again. If you are able to establish a connection, dump McAfee in favor of
AVG,
www.grisoft.com or AVAST,
www.avast.com for antivirus and use the Vista
built-in firewall instead.
