Anything that happens before the Loading Windows screen, such as F1 into
BIOS setup, has nothing to do with Windows. If the computer is rebooting
that early you have a hardware problem. Other than that, boot the computer
as far as the Safe Modes selection menu and pick System Restore instead of
booting into Windows. Restore to a point before that batch of updates. If
system restore doesn't work try using Last Known Good configuration from
that same menu. When you do the updates again try installing them one at a
time.
