I put windows vista ultimate on my laptop which is an acer. Well i had to
purchase an additional license and instead it charged me twicw. so now i am
out an xtra 300.00. does anyone know who i would need o contact?

You will need to contact whomever took the money. If you don't get any
results from them, contact Consumer Affairs office.

If you used a credit card, contact the card issuer and dispute the

I'm not sure what you're asking. Do you have it on two computers? If
so, yes, you need two licenses, and have to pay twice.

There's nothing new here. This is exactly the same rule that's been in
effect on every version of Windows starting with Windows 3.1. The only
thing new, starting with XP, is that there's now an enforcement
mechanism.
