Windows Vista Mail

I am using Windows Mail as my newsgroup reader. Even though I have th
option checked to indent with > for replies, the program does not inden
and add the >'s. Any one have a solution

What you should be seeing is that it indents for some messages but not
for others. Windows Mail has the same deficiency as OE, it can't indent
a quoted message that was composed with MIME/QP format.
That shortcoming (and several others) were fixed in the newer
Windows Live Mail, to which you are welcome to upgrade:

(Incidentally, my posts use MIME/QP format.)
