Windows Vista Premium stops when turning on in the morning.

I have a new DELL 531 that came with Vista Premium. I downloaded Windows Live
One Care for Security. I have LavaSoft Ad-Ware 2007 an Counter Spy installed.
Both are not turned on in REALTIME mode. When I turn on my desktop in the
morning it seems to try to start but when the Little strip in the middle on
bottom starts the green rolling from left it just freezes. I have to do a
restore to a known point that works. I don't do this the machine tells me to
do this after I unplug and plug back in. Please help, XP never did this.

Boot into safe mode, and open the Event Viewer and check for any startup
failure in the system. You might be having conflicts with multiple
AntiSpyware utilities installed, have tried uninstalling one and see if it
corrects the problem?
