Windows Vista Problems and Solution center

Ok you know when Windows Vista detectany error it send all the information to
the Windows Problems and Solution Center, then it send the error informatio
to Microsoft and if there is any solution it tell ypu want can you do.

Well mi Windows Vista has detect some errors but when I open de Windws Vista
Problems and Solution Center and I try to send the informtation de Microsoft
and look for any solutions, it say that there is no Internet connection or
this servic is no available at this time.

Can you help me with this problem please!!

Connect to the internet and send it again.
