Windows Vista Service Pack 1

I can't get this to download without it telling me there is a failure. It
has tried multiple times but it will not work. My Windows Explorer is also
not working and I am wondering if it is because of this serice pack that will
not download correctly.

Please Help!

What anti-virus application or security suite is installed and is your
subscription current? What anti-spyware applications (other than Defender)?
What third-party firewall (if any)? Were any of these applications running
in the background when you attempted to install SP1?

Has a(another) Norton or McAfee application ever been installed on this
machine (e.g., a free-trial version that came preinstalled when you bought
it)?
