windows vista service pack 1 rc refresh failed

the refresh did not work. at step 3 it failed to install with an error code
80004005
is there any reason why? i have vista business. im just testing it.

Other than the private beta newsgroups, support for Vista SP1 RC is only

I m the problem the online update. So that error code appear 80004005. please reply to me as soon as possible.

0x80004005= unspecified error - may occur because of programs/services
interfering in the background

What antivirus application are you using?
What is your operating system?
What update/s are you trying to download etc.
