Windows Vista sidebar problem

Hi,

I've got a huge problem with my vista sidebar. My computer started to lag,
while i was adding some miniprograms, and i clicked a couple of times too
much.

So now i have like 50 x the program i was adding.

At the moment, my sidebar is turned completely off, because when i moved my
mouse over it, my computer froze up.

I know my english isn't that good, but i hope you all understand what i were
trying to get some help with.

You should see an icon for the sidebar in the Notification area (by the
clock in the taskbar). Rightclick it, then Properties, then the button for
'view list of running gadgets", then "Remove" button.
