Windows Vista Skin

I have installed a skin from "mr windows" to give XP a VISTA look. All well,
but how do I change the settings. I cannot change the login screen or boot up
screen. Does anyone know how to do this, I can change the glass option though.

This is not a Vista issue, contact the developer who developed the third
party skin for XP.
