Windows vista slideshow error

::Hello, I’m having trouble with the slideshow icon in the Picture
Gallery. When I click the slideshow icon the screen just turns black, a
though it’s been switched off. If I press any key on the keyboard th
screen returns to normal. The same thing happens when a picture is mad
full size and the ‘play slideshow’ button is clicked underneath a
well.:
