windows vista: sound recorder

hi i have windows vista-home edition and i am having a problem with the sound
recorder. Everytime i run it, a window opens up saying, "Windows Sound
Recorder is not installed properly. Run REGSVR32 WavDest.Dll." How do i fix
this problem?
