hi,

windows update notified me i need to install sp1, so i clicked install.
it said, "your computer may need to restart several times during this
instsllation" and i pressed ok. It downloaded the 1.9mb file and it
said installing. 2 seconds later it said installation complete. I
checked on view update history and it said successfull, but on welcome
centre it said not sp1.
it did not install because i cant uninstall the update (it doesnt show
up alongside the rest).

could somebody help me please :/

thanks

shaan

*i am running vista home premium 32bit*
