Are you trying to let the laptop share the drive C: from another computer?
(Or letting that computer share its vital settings through a network?).
That won't be wise - and as far as I know, Vista would'n let you.
However, you can share those folders you want to by changing them to be
shared.
And, if you don,t want these folders to be changed by the ones, you are
sharing, copy the folders to the folder "Shared Folders" in c:\Users and make
that folder be shared. (Its the Microsoft-way)
If this was not, what you were asking for, be a little more specific.
