windows vista time problem

hello,
i have a strange problem
Whenever i go to the time and date settings, i can see that the "date
field is correct, but the "time" field is empty. Nothing written ther
..
This messes up a bunch of other things, like msn messenger, ym an
other programs that relies on system time cuz it simply returns nothing

Anybody ?

Right click CMD.EXE and select Run as Administrator,

Type: time and fill in the blanks.

Hit Enter after typing time.
