Hi,
Im a complete novice so please bare with me.I am sure there is a simpl
solution to this.I turned off my computer, the I noticed the toolba
which has always been at the bottom of the screen is now at the top.
thought I had locked the toolbar, but I mudt not have.Dragging th
toolbar only seems to resize it,ie.it makes it large which in tur
pushes my icons down in the screen.I do not want to toolbar and th
start menu at the top,it somehow confuses me.Can someone tell me how t
move it back to the bottom please,Thanks Cary

Hi Caryn,

You were on the right track. First, right click the taskbar and make sure
"lock the toolbar" is not checked (if it is, click on it to uncheck it).
Now, left click and hold the mouse button down on a blank area of the
taskbar and drag it first to the left and then to the bottom before
releasing it.

and then when you get the taskbar where you want it (at the bottom), right
click on a blank area of the taskbar and click "lock the taskbar".
