Hi Dave

Thanks for your reply.

I understand it's very frustrating for you at the moment, but believe
me when you iron out all the problems, I can assure you that you will
realise you've made the right decision and it was a worthwhile
investment.

In order for members of Vistax64.com to help you with your specific
issue/s, can you please advise your PC's specs and exactly the extent of
the problem with your TV Tuner Card.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Until then ...
Kindest regards

Neil (Mr Smiley)

Dave, I have a suggestion for you. Take your software back to whomever sold
it to you and get your money back. With this money take some remedial
courses in english. After that and from then on, you wont look like a total
moron. AND you wont feel "robbed" as you will have got your moneys worth!!
As a bonus when you post to Usenet people will actually understand what you
are saying.
Go Dave! We are counting on you!

Ultimate addition is a fine SKU, I'm glad to have the business features,
like Remote Desktop, Previous versions with the Home Premium media stuff.

You checked to make sure your TV tuner and your NIC were supported before
you brought it right?

Windows Vista Ultimate is cheaper then Windows XP Professional, at least at
OEM. I don't know about retail, but then I don't know anybody in the UK who
buys the retail boxes.

Not if you just want a performance improvement.

Home Basic or Home Premium?

Maybe, how much do you currently have?

Ouch! Please don't yell at us. We can hear you if type normally, in
mixed case.

Ultimate won't make it any faster.

> DO I NEED MORE MEMROY.

Two points:

1. You haven't told us how much you have, so it's very hard to answer
the question. How much do you have?

2. If it used to run at acceptable speed, and now runs slower, unless
you are now running more demanding programs, how much memory you have
isn't a factor.
