Windows Vista unable to rate my system

hi, when i clicked on 'Rate this Computer' this msg is shown
(Cannot complete assesment. The assessment or other operation did not
complete successfully. This is due to an error being reported from the
operating system, driver, or other component.)
i dont know why????
note: Drivers for all devices are installed perfectly.

I have the same problem, dit you have an anwser to this problem?
i could see that by problemreports one problem is and i can not erase that
problem.

your not alone guys, i have exactly the same problems and cannot fin
anyone who can fix the proble

Perhaps because you have hardware or driver problems that cause the test
modules to quit?
Watch the subtests as they execute. This may give you an idea as to the
problem area(s) A common one was in the 3d video area.
